Product Designer

You will design features from start to finish, including understanding problems, conducting research, and supporting development. You will build and evolve the Design System, using it as a foundation for the design process.

Responsibilities

• Design features from start to finish: understand the problem, conduct research, go from initial drafts to final interface, up to handoff and support during development
• Build and evolve our Design System, using it as the basis of the design process and not as a component library
• Design experiences for a product where AI is central: conversational interfaces, assisted flows, generative outputs, not as a style exercise, but as a real product that people use
• Use AI in your process to explore, prototype, and iterate quickly
• Work closely with product, development, and brand teams, with short feedback cycles and quick decisions

Requirements

• Solid experience in digital products, around 5 years, with a portfolio that tells the story of the choices and not just the final screens
• Strong experience in building and maintaining Design Systems, understood as an approach to design: knowing how to set them up from scratch, giving oneself rules, making them grow together with the product and the team
• Concrete experience in designing AI-based products, having worked with them, not just having observed them
• Daily use of AI in the design workflow, mastering Figma, sensitivity to hierarchy, rhythm, and composition
