Product Designer
Virtual Vaults 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
The Product Designer will handle features from end-to-end, conducting user research and collaborating with engineering to create intuitive M&A software solutions. They will also contribute to the design system and integrate AI capabilities into the product workflow.
Responsibilities
- Designs intuitive and user-friendly software for M&A deal teams
- Works closely with developers and product owners to realize ideas
- Takes ownership and makes independent decisions
- Conducts self-directed user research
- Collaborates with product and engineering teams within a dev team
- Contributes to the design system
- Thinks about how AI can be integrated into the product in a logical way for users
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer or UX designer
- Experience working within a product environment
- Active in using and improving design systems
- Conducts self-directed user research (interviews, usability tests, analyzing session recordings and event data)
- Works effectively with Figma (flows, prototypes, specs)
- Uses analytics to make informed decisions
Benefits
- Salary between €3,800 and €5,000 (depending on experience and skills)
- Contract for 32 to 40 hours per week
