Tootedisainer (Product Designer)

The Product Designer is responsible for designing Telia's internet and cybersecurity products by identifying user needs and pain points. This includes managing the full design process from research and prototyping to testing and post-launch improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews and analysis
- Develop and prototype solutions in collaboration with the product team
- Test and iterate on solutions using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Design and develop user experiences and visual designs
- Collaborate with development teams to support design implementation
- Analyze user feedback and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UX or product design
- Strong portfolio
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI solutions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
