The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences for SaaS products, focusing on user onboarding and retention strategies. They will analyze user data and collaborate with various teams to enhance product usability.
Responsibilities
- Designing first-time user experiences, including onboarding and initial product interactions
- Designing for retention: creating processes and screens that keep users engaged with the product
- Working with data: analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
- Collaborating with clients: direct contact with users, gathering feedback, and proposing product improvements
- Experimenting: conducting UX tests and experiments to continuously improve system usability
- Managing complexity: responsible for information architecture and simplifying complex processes within the SaaS ecosystem
- Working with tools: reporting and organizing work in JIRA, close collaboration with the R&D team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in developing SaaS digital products
- Practical understanding of Product-Led Growth strategies and retention mechanisms
- Documented experience in designing e-commerce platforms focused on conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and project management systems like JIRA
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Ability to merge design knowledge with business and technical goals
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
