Short-Form Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Bilingual EN/ES)

Edit 15 to 30+ short-form videos per week for various platforms and design static creative within the brand system. Collaborate with the growth team to analyze performance metrics and improve video retention.

Responsibilities

• Edit 15 to 30+ short-form videos per week across organic and paid platforms
• Engineer hooks: rewrite, re-cut, and re-sequence the first 1 to 3 seconds until thumbstop rate and 3-second view rates hit benchmark
• Study retention graphs religiously and identify drop-off points
• Build creative variations for paid testing
• Subtitle, localize, and adapt content for Spanish and English audiences

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing short-form social content
• A static design portfolio that shows you can work inside a brand system
• Ad creative experience preferred over print or editorial
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Native fluency in social media platforms
