The Web Designer will create, develop, and optimize websites and online stores with a focus on user experience, performance, and conversion. Responsibilities include developing institutional sites, maintaining Shopify stores, and implementing WordPress sites.
Responsibilities
- Creation and development of institutional sites and landing pages
- Development and maintenance of virtual stores in Shopify
- Implementation and customization of sites in WordPress
- Creation of responsive layouts with a focus on user experience (UX/UI)
- Configuration and management of themes, plugins, and applications
- Optimization of speed, performance, and usability of sites
- Update and maintenance of contents and visual elements
- Integration with marketing, CRM, and automation tools
- Application of good SEO practices on-page
- Tests, corrections, and continuous improvements of digital platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in Web Design
- Domain of WordPress (Elementor, themes, and plugins)
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce management
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar
- Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO
- Ability to organize, attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Updated portfolio demonstrating projects developed in WordPress and Shopify
