The Product Designer will participate in the discovery and definition of solutions for new products and features, conducting research and analysis to understand user needs and improvement opportunities. They will create flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring the best user experience in collaboration with product, technology, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the discovery and definition of solutions for new products and features
- Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and improvement opportunities
- Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Develop interfaces aligned with UX and UI best practices
- Build, document, and evolve Design Systems and UI Kits
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to ensure user experience
- Validate hypotheses and solutions through user research, testing, and feedback
Requirements
- Experience with digital product design and prototyping using Figma
- Ability to create low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and UI Kits
- Knowledge of UX Research and user-centered methodologies
- Portfolio with real projects or case studies
- Degree in Product Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related areas
