The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the Head of Product, Head of UX, and development teams to drive product initiatives and create user-centered designs. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, defining product requirements, and exploring how AI can enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead smaller product initiatives together with other team members
- Work closely with developers to clarify solutions and ensure good delivery
- Define product requirements, flows, and business rules
- Translate user needs and organizational needs into concrete product solutions
- Help structure and drive work forward
- Contribute to the development of products, processes, and workflows
- Explore how AI and new technology can improve products and user experiences
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Operational and hands-on
- Experience in product development in digital products and apps
- Familiarity with UX and UI work and relevant tools such as Figma
- Ability to work closely with developers
- Holistic perspective considering user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
