As a UX Product Designer, you will transform the interface used by customer service representatives to enhance their experience. This includes investigating operational pain points, prototyping solutions, and collaborating with Product Managers and Developers.
Responsibilities
- Immerse in the operation: conduct shadowings, interviews, and usability tests with attendants to understand how they use the system today
- Prototype solutions: create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, respecting (and challenging when necessary) Salesforce standards
- Work in a team: act alongside Product Managers and Developers to ensure design is technically viable and meets business KPIs
- Map journeys: create Service Blueprints and interaction flows to map customer attendance scenarios
- Advocate for the internal user: be the voice of the attendant in all product decisions
Requirements
- Availability to attend the Call Center in person when necessary
- Previous knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Solid experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working with internal platform design, complex systems, or backend systems
- Systemic vision: ability to understand how a screen change impacts the database and response time
- Figma and prototyping tool mastery
- Good communication to conduct dynamics, align expectations with stakeholders, and defend design decisions based on data
