Responsibilities
- Evolve the Design System
- Create, review, and refine components, patterns, and experience guidelines for digital products
- Ensure consistency between products
- Document and maintain the Design System
- Collaborate with designers and developers
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Support Design System governance
- Promote inclusive design practices
- Disseminate Design System knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Practical experience with Design Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Higher education in Design, Design Graphics, Communication, Advertising, Systems of Information, or related fields
