The Product Designer will be responsible for end-to-end strategic design, focusing on user needs and transforming insights into efficient solutions. They will elevate the visual and interaction design, ensuring a modern and coherent user experience across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and strategic end-to-end design: developing continuous research, understanding real user needs, analyzing trends, and transforming insights into efficient solutions
- Focus on interface design (UI): elevating visual and interaction design, including the development of high-fidelity prototypes, flows, micro-interactions, and animations
- Design System: evolving, documenting, and scaling our Design System with our UX/UI Designer to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a solid visual identity throughout the product
- Collaboration and delivery: working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure clear hand-offs, implementation follow-up, and pixel-perfect results in each delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design for app and web
- Experience in the full design cycle: research, ideation, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration
- Experience working with, maintaining, and scaling design systems
- Strong UI execution: attention to detail, visual coherence, and ability to design interfaces that generate a wow effect
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Lottie, Principle, or others
- Excellent communication in Spanish, with English being valuable
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design processes or creating experiences where AI is part of the product's functionality
- Previous experience in startups, especially in sectors such as insurance, health, or pets
