As a UX Designer, you will design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications. You will analyze user needs, conduct research, and collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure applications meet user requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis of needs and ensure that you know the users and their environment to determine the application requirements
- Determine and plan research methods and participate in recruiting participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests...)
- Propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile first prototyping)
- Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets user and environmental requirements
- Ensure that the graphical design of applications respects accessibility standards
- Update the Design system
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team

- Confirmed UX Designer skills
- Axure (Level Confirmed)
- Conceptboard (Level Confirmed)
- Figma (Level Confirmed)
- Mentimeter (Level Confirmed)
- WCAG 2.1 (Level Confirmed)
- Languages: Dutch (Active knowledge), English (Active knowledge), French (Native)
