You will work closely with clients on challenging projects, making significant design choices and bridging the gap between development and business. You will also produce design deliverables and take ownership of your projects.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of projects and making important design decisions

Requirements
- HBO or WO-opleiding or background in research
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- 32-40 hours per week availability
- Broad experience in designing apps and digital customer journeys
- Leadership skills and ability to look beyond immediate tasks
- Experience in facilitating workshops for idea generation and stakeholder input
- Good communication and empathy skills
- Creative skills and ability to strengthen team and company culture
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good English skills
- Strong portfolio with cases to be proud of
