The Senior Product Designer will translate customer feedback into the design and development of digital products, focusing on the entire design process. Key responsibilities include user-centered product planning, collaboration with other areas, and continuous improvement through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Insert the customer at the center of the solution and product planning
- Contribute to the dissemination and competences of design in the organization
- Use data for continuous improvement in processes and operations
- Support and participate in the construction and conduction of collaborative dynamics with other areas
- Conduct user research and market analysis to inform the design process
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in user research and testing
- Knowledge of design thinking and service design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Miro
- Ability to work with data and metrics
