As a Senior Product Designer, you will design experiences that simplify complex health data and guide users towards healthier decisions. You will work across the full member journey, ensuring that interactions are intuitive and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Design experiences that guide people toward healthier decisions
- Humanize lab results, biomarkers, risk signals, clinician notes, and health plans
- Create contextual experiences that meet members where they are
- Design for behavior change without guilt, judgment, or gamification
- Work across the full member journey, including onboarding, results reveal, and daily plan execution
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, fintech, or education
- Strong portfolio and excellent interaction design skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking
- Consumer-grade taste and research mindset
- Production discipline and communication skills
