Middleweight/Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging)

Develop innovative packaging solutions and POS materials for existing and new toy and game brands. Collaborate with international teams and agencies to translate briefings into visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop packaging solutions for existing and new brands
- Collaborate with an international team of graphic specialists and external design bureaus
- Translate concepts and briefings into striking and attractive designs
- Design distinctive POS material and trade fair decorations
- Monitor and apply brand consistency within the toy and game portfolio
- Create mock-ups and visuals for presentations and meetings
- Brainstorm and research packaging solutions for new product concepts
- Art direction for product and lifestyle photo shoots
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design, packaging design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of composition and packaging structure
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience in logo design and developing visual directions
- Knowledge of print production and ability to identify and solve production problems
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple large and complex projects
- Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills
