UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual quality of digital products and ensuring design consistency across educational platforms. You will design web interfaces, document specifications, and create prototypes to validate user flows and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design web interfaces, applying digital design principles and current industry standards
• Work with design systems and style guides, maintaining visual consistency between products with their own identities
• Make design decisions with an understanding of the objective of each block or element, the target user, and implementation implications
• Document and define the interface behavior (visual specifications, components, responsive design, interactions, element states) for a complete hand-off and collaboration with the front-end team
• Create prototypes with intention: develop agile prototypes to validate flows, interactions, and transitions clearly before detailing the design

Requirements

• Solid experience in UI/Product Design with a focus on visual quality and robust digital products
• Mastery of visual design fundamentals (typography, color, composition, and hierarchy)
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and experience working with scalable design systems
• Ability to make decisions with autonomy and a practical focus
• Good communication and collaboration with technical teams, understanding development limitations
• Interest in continuously improving, contributing ideas, and generating impact in the educational field
