The UX/UI Designer will plan and execute user research, conduct product discovery, and map user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. They will also develop prototypes, validate designs with real users, and maintain a design system for consistency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research, including usability testing and data analysis
- Conduct product discovery and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Map and document user journeys to ensure a fluid and efficient experience
- Develop prototypes of solutions using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Test and validate prototypes with real users and adjust according to feedback
- Ensure designs meet best practices for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Create documentation of design decisions and deliverables
- Perform UX diagnostics and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Passion for creating intuitive interfaces
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and design systems
- Understanding of accessibility and user-centered design
