As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you'll work on a mix of design and video projects, including creating social media creatives and editing short-form videos. You'll also support branding projects and collaborate with various teams to maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives: Build scroll-stopping posts, carousels, and ad creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Edit short-form videos: Produce Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, and testimonial edits using Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Create marketing assets: Design digital banners, email graphics, landing page visuals, and occasional print collateral
- Support branding projects: Help build logos, brand templates, and presentation decks (with guidance from a senior designer)
- Add basic motion: Simple animations, kinetic typography, and entry-level After Effects work — we'll train you if you're new to it
- Work in Figma: Maintain and refresh design templates for our website and product pages
- Collaborate with the team: Partner closely with marketing, content, and product teams to turn briefs into finished work
- Maintain brand consistency: Keep every design and video aligned with our brand guidelines
- Keep learning: Stay current with design and video trends, tools, and techniques
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and/or video editing
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design
- Proven experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Creative eye with an eye for detail and visual storytelling
