Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering the CTM Groupâs creative strategy and designing key creative assets to support brand presence. This includes managing design needs, maintaining brand elements, and developing marketing materials across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day design needs of the CTM Global Marketing Team
- Maintain and develop brand elements within Creative Cloud Libraries
- Ongoing review and maintenance of traditional and digital creative assets
- Manage image, icon, and asset libraries
- Ensure current and robust knowledge of new and emerging graphic design principles, systems and processes
- Design new and engaging marketing and sales materials
- Develop and implement new brand strategies as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in a similar role
- Agency experience is an advantage
- Strong graphic and digital design skills
- Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, styling)
- Strong understanding of strategic corporate branding and design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines across a range of brands
