Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer creates best-in-class digital product experiences and leads design projects that transform consumer payment methods. They collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure effective implementation of design visions.
Responsibilities
- Create exemplary prototypes and experiences, both alone and with other designers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively
- Work with user researcher to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and other insights to inform design decisions
- Stays up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the financial services industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Centered Design, Product Design or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 5+ years product design experience leading design projects and creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes independently
- Experience using product design tools, including Figma, inVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and accessibility standards, with a strong grasp of WCAG and inclusive design principles
