Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final delivery while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Advocate for User-Centered Design principles and conduct usability testing to improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final delivery
- Translate product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Use data and analytics to improve and iterate user experiences
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
- Advocate for User-Centered Design (UCD) principles
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience with motion/interaction tools like Rive
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UCD principles and best practices
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows (Figma MCP, Claude, etc.)
- Passion for sports and fitness
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
