UX Designer

Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for landing pages and conversion funnels. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Designing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for landing pages, microsites, and conversion funnels
• Creating visually compelling, mobile-first designs to maximize conversions
• Applying behavioural and persuasive design principles
• Conducting usability testing, heatmap analysis, and funnel audits
• Translating qualitative and quantitative research data into clear design decisions
• Collaborating with account and marketing teams to understand client goals and target audiences
• Presenting design rationale and UX recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders

Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-converting digital experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of UX psychology, behavioural design, and conversion optimisation principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
