Define the global product experience standard and visual language while building and maintaining the cross-platform Design System. Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks, ensuring high-quality design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Define the global product experience standard and visual language
- Build and maintain the cross-platform Design System (App/Web/Desktop)
- Design and implement AI-native interaction paradigms
- Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks
- Serve as the design quality gatekeeper, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the China-based design team
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multi-platform interaction frameworks
- Strong experience in AI product interaction
- Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale, problem framing, and end-to-end decision-making
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven cross-cultural collaboration experience in distributed teams
