UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designer

The UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly digital experiences and visual assets. This includes designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and guide development
- Conduct user research and understand user behavior to improve the overall experience
- Analyze feedback, test design solutions, and iterate based on usability insights
- Create graphic assets such as banners, icons, marketing materials, social media visuals, and branding elements
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital and offline platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality design solutions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and visual design fundamentals
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Understanding of usability principles
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS preferred)
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with product and development teams
- Strong time management and project organization skills
- Passion for design, creativity, and user experience
