Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope across Instagram's product ecosystem
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Instagram products
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated impact on consumer products at scale
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-surface product experiences
- Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques, such as creating functional prototypes or using emerging technologies
