The Graphic Designer II will support corporate leadership by creating visually appealing presentations and proposals. This role involves managing a team of graphic designers and ensuring quality control in all design projects.
Responsibilities
- Support functional leaders and project stakeholders in creating and designing visually appealing presentations and proposals
- Manage and lead the team of graphic designers, provide guidance and support as needed
- Assign design projects to team members, ensuring workload is balanced
- Data analysis and presentation – compiling, interpreting, and creatively presenting analyzed data
- Creation of storyboard from business objectives
- Presentations slide formatting - define the right format once and apply the same to a series of objects in the rest of the presentation or any other file
- Template creation for presentations and proposals
- Converting photos of handwritten notes/diagrams/whiteboard to graphs/charts
- Works with other specialists to produce and check all presentations and related projects within Dexcom brand guidelines
Requirements
- At least 2 years of presentation design or graphic design experience
- Proficient with PowerPoint, PowerBi, Tableau, or other visualization tools
- Adept at template creation, slide formatting, data analysis, and data visualization
- Ability to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
- Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated, extremely flexible, detail-oriented, accurate, thorough, and dependable
- High level of understanding of the confidentiality of the role
- Knowledge of basic data analysis
- Experience in creating presentations for Executive level
- Experience in creating presentations for FP&A, Sales, and Marketing
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Windows
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications
- Experience with slide creation and animation
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong eye for visual composition
