Architectural Design Manager

The Architectural Design Manager will support design leadership in maintaining performance and advancing the company's growth through integrated operations and team alignment. They will oversee design direction, ensure adherence to design standards, and manage designer staff.
Responsibilities
- Incorporate Blue Heron design standards for conceptual design integration and support best practices development and documentation
- Oversee that design direction aligns with Blue Heron design ethos
- Ensure project team adherence to design tools, processes, and standards
- Guaranteeing accuracy of collateral from Design to support the Sales & Marketing Teams
- Collaboration and coordination with Visualization for Luminary homes
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of residential and/or hospitality architectural experience
- 3+ years of architectural management experience
- Professional Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- Architectural Registration preferred, or on track for Architectural licensure
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborative attitude and drive to deliver effective results
