Senior Product Designer
Compartamos Banco Perú 🇵🇪 Lima, Lima Metropolitan Area, Peru
Lead qualitative and quantitative research processes to inform business and design decisions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and evolve end-to-end experiences across digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research processes, from defining hypotheses to synthesizing actionable insights that guide business and design decisions
- Map and redesign experience flows, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Design high-fidelity prototypes
- Plan and execute usability tests (remote and in-field) on a recurring basis
- Define and drive experience indicators and analyze user behavior metrics
- Design and evolve end-to-end experiences, ensuring coherence between digital and physical channels
- Identify and resolve service breaks (between areas, channels, or processes), beyond the interface
- Translate insights into strategic product and service decisions, aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leaders, Business Analysts, and developers to land viable solutions
- Communicate findings and design decisions to multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Contribute a critical and strategic perspective, challenging assumptions
Requirements
- Technical or university graduate of careers such as Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Anthropology, Industrial Design, Digital Design, Advertising, and/or related fields
- Proven experience of 3 years as a Product Designer
- Experience designing end-to-end experiences, integrating digital and physical channels
- Ability to map customer journeys and develop service blueprints
- Systemic thinking to understand the impact of design on processes, operations, and business
- Ability to connect design decisions with business metrics (conversion, retention, NPS, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align product, business, and technology
- Knowledge of research and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience with design systems and agile methodologies (scrum) and Design thinking
