Product Designer Pleno - Campinas/SP

The Product Designer will create and evolve user flows to ensure an intuitive and consistent experience across all customer journeys. They will also contribute to interface standards and internal communication guidelines while working with user data to identify friction points and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and evolve flows, ensuring that the experience is intuitive, clear, and consistent throughout the journey
- Contribute to interface standards and good communication practices, helping to maintain coherence between screens, messages, and interactions
- Help structure internal product communication guidelines (such as nomenclatures, instruction standards, messages, and guidance)
- Work with user data and feedback to identify points of friction and improve the understanding of the experience
- Document important decisions and contribute to the evolution of the Design System, especially in aspects related to communication and information presentation
- Monitor usage metrics and behavior, proposing continuous improvements focused on clarity and efficiency
Requirements
- Formation in Design, Design of Interaction, Interface, Communication, or related area
- Proven experience in UX Design, with a portfolio that shows processes, reasoning, and deliveries that demonstrate concern for clarity and impact for the user
- Ability to communicate ideas and solutions simply and objectively, both visually and through explanatory texts within the interface
- Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
- Experience with user research methods and user-centered design
- Attention to detail, critical sense, and interest in how information is perceived (labels, instructions, messages, errors, feedback, etc.)
- Notions of accessibility, responsiveness, and good digital experience practices
- Experience with generative AI tools
