UX Designer (6 Month FTC)

The UX Designer will shape and own the end-to-end delegate, client, and internal customer experience across CloserStill’s ecosystem. This includes designing a unified, human-centred journey and improving clarity and connection across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Defining and designing the end-to-end delegate and visitor experience across the digital ecosystem
- Creating cohesive and consistent UX across multiple products and touchpoints
- Leading UX thinking to simplify registration flows and improve conversion
- Designing personalisation strategies to enhance relevance for different audience groups
- Mapping customer journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities
- Creating high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design intent
Requirements
- Passion for creating intuitive, human-centred experiences
- Experience in UX design, user research, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Experience with design tools and technologies
