The Interaction Designer transforms UX visions into tangible user flows, interfaces, and interactions for digital banking products. They are responsible for creating high-fidelity designs, prototyping ideas, and establishing a standardized interface design system.
Responsibilities
- Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form useful products and features
- Prepare high fidelity designs for developer hand-off with proper documentation
- Draft and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability, and craft the fine-grained details
- Lead and create the interaction design approach for various initiatives, in collaboration with Service Designers, other Interaction Designers and Product Managers

- Customer-driven insights and iterative methodologies
- Design and create usable, relevant, and elegant user flows, interfaces, structure, and interactions
- Establish an interface design system organizing the best practices across the division’s digital banking products
