The Web Designer will build and ship high-fidelity mockups and UI components in Figma, while maintaining and extending a growing design system. They will partner with product managers and developers to quickly move work from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-fidelity mockups and UI components in Figma -- fast
- Maintain, extend, and champion a growing design system across product surfaces
- Translate product requirements into clean, polished interfaces with solid UX sensibility
- Partner with product managers and developers to move work from concept to production quickly
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback while keeping visual and interaction quality high
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of web or UI design experience, ideally with agency time on your resume
- Figma experience is a must
- Demonstrated experience building or contributing to a design system
- Strong visual execution and a portfolio that shows you can move fast and ship polished work
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a startup pace -- you don't need a full brief to get going
- UX fundamentals are in your toolkit, but you're a builder first
