Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and develop a cohesive design system.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research to understand VC/PE & M/A and investor/allocators needs
- Perform usability testing and optimize user journeys
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
- Develop a cohesive design system for consistent user experience
Requirements
- Proven portfolio in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, pre-revenue startup environment
- Passion for fintech and understanding of investor workflows
- Willingness to accept equity-based compensation initially
