Senior / Staff Product Designer

Lead the design of AI-powered revenue operations workflows, focusing on pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Partner with engineering and GTM teams to transform complex operational realities into intuitive, scalable enterprise product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience
• Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features
• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows
• Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control
• Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, or technical product surfaces
