The Product Designer will drive the design of optimized user interfaces and interactions, ensuring they are user-centric and visually appealing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support in-depth user research to identify needs, pain points, and workflows within specialized domains
- Master the art of balancing visual appeal with usability, creating seamless user experiences
- Craft compelling UI artifacts, including iconography, typography, texture, patterns, color, and visual hierarchy
- Deliver outputs such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Product UI and Interaction Design, UX, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth Design System experience and expertise
- Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment
