The Design Manager will oversee design initiatives for the Lifestyle business across various product categories, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence. This role involves managing relationships with external partners and driving design projects aligned with business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects and initiatives with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate strong creative judgment and decision-making
- Champion, develop, and present new creative concepts and design strategies
- Support creative brainstorming sessions to generate new product concepts, categories, and brand extensions
Requirements
- Substantial and proven background in licensing, manufacturing, or consumer product design
- Strong understanding of design, product development and manufacturing processes
- Experience with licensed entertainment products
- Excellent design and creative development skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
