The role involves applying design thinking to create user-centric solutions and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. You will drive innovation and ensure the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences globally.
Responsibilities
- Apply fluency and experience in the design thinking process to all projects
- Drive a unified user experience in collaboration with colleagues, business, and technology leaders
- Provide key contributions to innovative, successful products, engaging in all phases of Product Design
- Integrate Design within the Consumer Experience and digital development process, advocating for Human-centered design
- Collaborate with Product Design Leads to define product design and experience for digital initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing products
- A dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products
- Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes
- Proven Product Design skills and practical application of Human-Centered design methods
