The role focuses on creating high-impact sales proposals, pitch decks, and visual narratives to translate complex strategies into compelling executive-level presentations. You will collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services teams while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design output.
Responsibilities
- Design polished, high-impact sales proposals, RFP responses, and new business pitch decks
- Craft visually persuasive upsell proposals for existing clients, presenting new scopes, expanded services, and growth opportunities
- Translate complex campaign strategies, audience insights, platform capabilities, and performance data into clear, visually compelling slides
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency, marketing, sales enablement, or business development environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong proposal and pitch deck design, with clear examples of translating complex information into persuasive, executive-ready visuals
- Expert proficiency in Google Slides, including template creation, master slide management, and scalable presentation systems
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and information design with a commercial storytelling sensibility
