Manage and run the in-house Art Department, design, and produce all branded materials. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget while exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling, creative designs that exceed client expectations
- Thoughtfully design with material, production, budget, and installation in mind
- Create accurate production files
- Create marketing materials, in-house artwork, and templates
- Collaborate with team members on new jobs to ensure project workflow and timelines are met
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Interact with clients for art files, proofing, and revisions
- Assist team members with Client Design concepts
Requirements
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in the print world is a bonus but not a requirement
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality work
