The Graphic Designer collaborates with multiple departments to create customized products based on customer needs. They ensure accurate representation of customer expectations and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customers with an accurate representation of their expectations, ensuring that the outcome is accurate to what was communicated to them
  • Creates customized products for both internal and external customers
  • Adapts personal design style to suit customer’s preferences and overall brand look when necessary
  • Communicates regularly with project stakeholders, Sales and Marketing teams, Product Development team, direct Manager, and Senior Designers
  • Encourages teammates to improve upon their skills by continuously working on his or her own skillset and staying current on market trends
  • Upholds JUNK Brands's values of acting with integrity; working together as a team; treating each other with respect
  • Meets deadlines and expectations of varying projects in an efficient and timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institution in Graphic Design or a similar field
  • OR 3–5 years of professional experience working as a mid-level designer
  • Portfolio must show a variety of capabilities, including (but not limited to): pattern making, apparel or product design, web design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Asana
  • Excellent communicator (visual, written and verbal) and a creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform decisions
