The Graphic Designer will create and develop marketing collateral, catalogs, flyers, and sales tools while managing multiple design projects. They will collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop marketing collateral, catalogs, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, product mockups, and various sales tools
- Prepare images and graphics for e-commerce and social media use, including retouching when needed
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and independently while meeting deadlines
- Recommend graphic design direction based on project briefs
- Develop innovative design and branding solutions throughout the creative process
- Collaborate closely with the design team, brand manager, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes
- Support other corporate teams with creative design solutions as needed
- Stay current on graphic design software, tools, and best practices
- Keep up to date on industry trends and share insights with the marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, including multi-page layout, typography, and color theory in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment
- Proficiency in: Marketing collateral, catalogs, flyers, product mockups, and sales tools development
- Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat (Preferred)
- Experience working in a Mac environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and artistic ability
