Lead the design process for innovative specification products, ensuring consistency and scalability across the SaaS platform. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user interfaces that meet user needs and reflect brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for the product line, from research to implementation
- Work with the design system team to ensure consistency and scalability across the SaaS platform
- Use Lean UX knowledge to conduct workshops, solve business problems, and quickly iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user behaviors and pain points
- Plan and conduct tests to validate designs and make improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and user-centric design solutions
- Proven experience working with Lean UX methodologies and Agile development processes
- Strong expertise in managing and utilizing design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency in the design process
- Ability to collaborate with the product team to interpret event tracking data and incorporate insights into the design process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
