Graphic Designer - Sr Print Specialist
Assemble Remote (🇨🇴 Colombia)
The role involves adapting existing templates into high-volume, pixel-perfect assets for print and digital media. Responsibilities include preparing mechanical files for production and ensuring accuracy in technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Template & Mechanical Adaptation: Scale, transform, and optimize layouts across various sizes for both digital media and high-complexity print formats
- Pre-Press Setup: Prepare final mechanical files for production, ensuring absolute accuracy in print bleeds, crop marks, margins, overprint, and CMYK color profiles
- High-Volume Production: Produce multiple asset variations quickly and flawlessly under tight deadlines
- Quality Control (Technical QA): Review and proofread all assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Production, and QA leads to troubleshoot design/file challenges and incorporate feedback rapidly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in print production or agency studio workflows
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic Video Editing skills (Premiere/After Effects) and familiarity with Figma
- Deep understanding of pre-press requirements, file packaging, and large-scale editorial adaptations
- Exceptional attention to detail, sharp organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit for fast-paced remote work
