Onsite $200,000 - $300,000 Full-time Executive

Lead the product design of financial services products, defining the design vision and strategy. Oversee end-to-end design execution and ensure designs are informed by user research and data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product design vision and strategy for the Fanatics Credit Card and supporting products
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Establish and scale design systems, processes, and best practices across teams

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in design leadership roles
  • Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products
