Develop and execute high-quality visual design solutions across various touchpoints including branding, retail, and digital. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and maintain high standards of visual quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual design solutions across branding, retail, digital, motion, and marketing touchpoints
- Create compelling visual systems and storytelling approaches aligned with brand strategy and business objectives
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, optimize workflows, and enhance creative output
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and creative direction clearly and confidently to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure creative alignment and execution excellence
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adapting quickly to feedback and evolving priorities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, branding, UI, and/or motion design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, and multi-platform visual design projects
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, motion, and design systems
- Experience using AI creative tools to support the design and content creation process
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
