The AI Product Designer will design end-to-end credit journeys and interfaces for AI-powered products, ensuring usability and compliance. They will conduct continuous discovery through research and usability testing while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Design end-to-end credit journeys, balancing conversion, clarity, and compliance
- Create interfaces for AI-powered products and features
- Translate AI capabilities and limitations into reliable UX patterns
- Build and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Prototype rapidly using AI-powered design tools
- Conduct discovery and user research to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience with AI-powered products
- Autonomy and ability to work independently
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience with design systems and tokens
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and design for regulated environments
