The Senior Product Designer will own and evolve the Merchant Portal for the Food vertical, focusing on improving usability and functionality for a diverse merchant audience. Responsibilities include managing order and content systems, enhancing mobile experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across your product area — from problem framing to shipped experience
- Work across web and mobile, handling multi-state flows, edge cases, and operational complexity
- Design for a diverse merchant audience, balancing simplicity with the depth power users need
- Pay attention not only to structure and logic, but also to UI clarity, hierarchy, and visual polish
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Design peers
Requirements
- Strong product design experience (typically 5+ years)
- Experience working on B2B or business tools
- Ability to design for people who use a product as part of their job
- Solid UX judgment and good UI craft
- Comfortable working across mobile and web within the same product area
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions when requirements are still forming
