Lead the product design efforts for a banking app while managing a small team of designers. Collaborate within various squads to ensure innovative and user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 designers
- Work on a squad-based system, changing squads regularly
- Report to the Head of Design
- Influence across disciplines
- Deliver hands-on design work
Requirements
- Experience managing other designers
- Recently worked on a B2C app
- Prior banking or fintech experience (bonus but not essential)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality UI/visual craft as well as UX process
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design processes
