Responsibilities
- Design and implement research throughout the product lifecycle
- Proactively collaborate with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams to define a research roadmap
- Build on past research and evolve insights over time, driving impact by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Take ownership in defining the role of UX Research at Spring Health
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field
- 5+ years proven track record conducting UX Research with product teams
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to make measurable impact, turning insights into action
